Privacy policy
Short and plain: what I collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible for your data?
Jennifer Montague, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. You can reach me through the contact form.
What do I collect?
If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, company, the service you ask about and your message.
Why do I collect it?
To reply to you and to discuss the work you've asked about. I don't use it for a mailing list, and I don't sell it.
Who else handles it?
This site is hosted by Netlify, which stores form messages and sends them to me by email. Like most hosts, Netlify also processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
If you press play on a podcast episode, the audio comes from the podcast's hosting provider, which may receive your IP address. Links to other websites are covered by those sites' own policies.
Does this site use cookies?
I don't use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
How long do I keep it?
Only as long as I need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, or as the law requires.
What are your rights?
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how I use it. Use the contact form and I'll help. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
